Stopped in for the first time two weeks ago. Husband hates to shop however we told the salesperson, Tom, exactly what we wanted. He directed us to the area to look and we found our Amish loveseats in leather which is what we wanted. Plus, being a small person, my feet touch the floor when I sit!! I just wanted to comment that I was in last week on New Year’s Day or the day after and purchased a sectional, couch and TV stand. My sales person was Nancy. I just wanted to say what a pleasant shopping experience. She was so kind and patient with us, my daughter was with me who is 13 and she was kind and pleasant with her also. When we moved over to the credit department, I did not catch her name, but she was just as nice and pleasant. Thanks so much. We shopped the other stores, and service was the best at BiltRite. I just wanted to tell you what a great store you have. My Husband and I were there last week and it is the second visit to purchase we have made. We came to your store because of the excelent service/products you have. We were met at the door by a very friendly staff and she asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for. We told her that this trip we were looking for recliners, in particular a “Big Mans” recliner. She directed us and we lazily walked back to the direction we were given. After finding our choices we were greeted by a nice man named Bill. After asking what we were looking for and somewhat the price range/style/idea we had.He then began to show us the choices we had. Looking at the chairs he explained the structure and fabric etc. We chatted casually with him and finally decided on a purchase. We also explained to him the wonderful service we had last fall and how much we enjoyed the two chairs we purchased. He asked if we may put something on t! he internet. I was happy to do so. When I moved here as a kid in 1994, my parents’ house wasn’t ready for us, so I ended up spending my first month in Wisconsin at an overnight camp.

I thought I would take your email to me as an opportunity to write an email to you.

My first purchase from BiltRite occurred about eight or ten years ago. I was looking for a bookcase and a television stand, and a co-worker suggested BiltRite. She told me to call the store and talk to a salesman. I had never done business that way, but it worked! I told your salesman what I was looking for and came into your Mitchell Street store that evening. I purchased the first bookcase he showed me and the second television stand he had selected.

After your move to your Greenfield location, I purchased another television stand for a different room and later a set of end tables for my living room. Unfortunately, I purchased a leather sofa from a different retailer and an over-sized stuffed chair with ottoman from yet another retailer, and I hate these purchases. I should have stuck with BiltRite. The other purchases are not wearing well, so sooner than later I will be back to BiltRite to replace them. I should have stuck with a proven winner!

The new couch seems very nice. Feels much more supportive but still comfortable. The fabric obviously won’t shed so we won’t be repeating that problem. Thanks for making this right, I am not sure other stores would have done the same.
