Delivery & Pick Up

DELIVERY

BILTRITE offers white glove delivery on all items you purchase with a small nominal charge to cover the cost of delivery. Our deliveries are made by a professional, full service delivery company. Deliveries include set up in your home. All items are unboxed or unwrapped in the store to inspect them before we reach your home.

BILTRITE offers FREE same or next day white glove delivery on mattress only purchases over $499 within Milwaukee, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington and Waukesha counties. Statewide and Illinois delivery is available at an additional charge on all items.

PICK UP

Our large warehouse is conveniently connected to our showroom, allowing for quick pick up of in-stock mattresses and furniture (preparation of 1-2 days). We have over 500 mattresses, in-stock, as well as a large selection of furniture from every category. You may also buy selected floor models. For your convenience, we schedule pick ups every day of the week! Be sure to bring along blankets and tie downs as all furniture picked up is open and out of the box so we can inspect it before you take it home with you.

  • Wood Pieces are open & out of the box
  • Mattresses and upholstery are wrapped in plastic
  • Recliners are open & out of the box
  • All Floor Models are open & unwrapped
  • Most upholstery from the warehouse is wrapped in plastic
  • Smith Bros is covered with an unsecured piece of light plastic

WHEN SETTING UP ACCENT ITEMS, DESKS, DINING SETS, BEDROOM & OCCASIONAL TABLES:

  • We remove each piece from the box or wrapping.
  • We assemble chairs, occasional tables and dining tables so you don't have to.
  • We attach all the hardware on drawers and doors.
  • We check that pieces are level.
  • We have a professional wood technician on site to look over each piece before you get it.
  • We save you time by checking that all parts are there and the pieces are in good shape, so all you have to do is take your new furniture home and enjoy.

  • **For Pick Ups legs/bases are not attached to dining tables or desks for easy transport.
